About Renew Design + Build

Renew Design + Build (formerly Renew Creations) has been building and remodeling homes in Clark County since 2013. Originally founded by Dave Myllymaki, the company is now owned and operated by Josh Holmgren and Josh Kulla, continuing a long-standing legacy of craftsmanship and customer service.

As a full-service design-build contractor, we provide an end-to-end experience for our clientele. Our team, systems, and level of service are geared toward the discerning homeowner, and we have a decade of happy customers and beautiful homes to show for it.

After our first 15 minute phone call, we schedule a 1 hour site walk to get to know you and your project a little better.

Once we have a good idea of what you are after, we tailor fit a design to meet your needs. From 3D models, structural documents and finishes selections, our designers guide you through the whole process.

BUILD

With a completed design, we take your project through the permitting process and hand it off to your project manager to build with our amazing team of subcontractors.
