Remodeling Process

One of the reasons we’ve been so successful with our remodels, additions and custom construction is our process. We’ve been developing this process for 25 years and believe it works best for us and our customers.

Step 1: Dream It

On site Consultation

After living in your home for a few years, or even longer, you’ve decided it’s time for an update. The galley kitchen needs to be more open, a bathroom needs to be added to the master bedroom or the main living area needs a complete overhaul. After spending time online, looking at pictures, you’ve decided what your dream home to look like. During our initial meeting, we’ll discuss your needs to make sure everyone is on the same page.

Step 2: Budget It

Project Development Agreement

During the design stage, we offer several options to fit your budget. Nobody likes surprises, especially expensive surprises, so when it comes to designing your new space, we make sure to understand your budget. Certainly, unexpected issues can occur, but we work to keep those issues to a minimum.

Step 3: Design It

Construction Contract

Armed with that knowledge, our design team sets out to turn your dreams to reality. Altered floorplans, new appliances, expanded square footage and even what colors the cabinets, flooring and walls should be. It’s during the design phase where your remodel starts to take shape.

Step 4: Build It

Project Management

From our first meeting to the final coat of paint, we remain in constant contact with the homeowner. Using industry-leading software, we can communicate with the homeowner no matter where the homeowner may be. Posting updates, photos, questions or answers during construction keeps everyone up to date, 24 hours a day.

Step 5: Live It

Completion

When the project is finished, on time and on budget, the homeowner can now start using their remodeled space. Whether it’s a gourmet kitchen ready to cook for a large family meal or a new addition designed for an elderly relative, we take pride in the finished product. Our customers are now able to live in the home of their dreams.
